£28,000 - £29,500 Per Year +Coveralls and PPE Provided +Holiday Pay + Company Pension

The ideal candidate will be experienced in concrete manufacturing or construction, hard-working and capable of measuring with accuracy and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Immediate start available, overtime 1.5x

Full time - Expected Hours: No less than 40 hours per week

Duties (Full Training Provided)

• Preparing Pre-cast concrete moulds and assisting casting process
• Prepare Steel Reinforcing
• Assist in the manufacturing of concrete products
• Carry out general labouring tasks
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Must be able to use a tape measure accurately
• Must be able to perform physical tasks
• Previous experience in a labouring / Manufacturing or physical role is preferred but not essential
• B1/B2 Forklift Certificates preferred
• Experience with hand tools and power tools is advantageous
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
